Charles Dwayne Bell, age 34, of Harrisburg, Mo. was reported missing to the Boone County Sheriff's Office September 18, 2011. He was last seen by friends in northern Boone County, Missouri, Sept. 15, 2011, on his red 2009 Ducati motorcycle bearing Missouri license BP4GU. He was last seen wearing jeans and a t-shirt. There has been no known contact with or sightings of Mr. Bell since September 15, 2011. An extensive investigation has been underway since September 18, but Mr. Bell's whereabouts remain unknown.

Donnell Coleman

On April 17, 2011, 27-year-old Donnell Coleman was at home in his apartment located at 7711 North La Porte Avenue in Boone County north of the city of Columbia. Between 11:35 and 11:40 p.m., multiple unknown suspects forced entry into the residence and shot Mr. Coleman to death. A 25 year old woman and a 4 year old child were present in the apartment at the time of the shooting, but were uninjured. The suspects were described as black males who immediately fled the apartment and left the scene, possibly in a sedan style vehicle.

Cinde Kemple-Buchner

On the evening of October 13, 1987, 28 year old Cinde Kemple-Buchner was found deceased in her residence located on I-70 Drive Northeast, east of Route Z in Boone County. Evidence at the scene indicated there had been a violent struggle with Kemple-Buchner attempting to fend off her assailant(s). Ms. Kemple-Buchner was last seen alive earlier that day around 1:30pm outside of her residence speaking to an unknown subject. An autopsy indicated Ms. Kemple-Buchner was the victim of a homicide.

Peggy Susanne Donath

On July 21, 1982, the partially decomposed body of a white female was discovered on Williams Road, near the Riggs Quarry. The victim was identified as 22 year old Boone County resident Peggy Susanne Donath. Donath was last seen alive at her mobile home in the former Paddock Meadows trailer park on July 14, 1982. An autopsy was conducted and it was determined Ms. Donath was the victim of a homicide.

On November 2, 1978 at approximately 10:00pm, thirty-six year old Leigh Ann Wilson left her Jefferson City, MO apartment to go to a nearby gas station. Ms. Wilson was seen at the gas station alone in her vehicle, however, she never returned home. Around 11:30pm a witness reported seeing a grey 1970's vehicle, possibly a Pontiac, parked along the median with its flashers activated on U.S. Highway 63 south of Highway 163. The witness saw on the roadside a white male with dark hair and average build hitting the victim. The next morning the victim’s body was located in a grassy area on South Hardwick Lane, just north of a roadside park near Ashland, MO. The victim's vehicle was later located in the parking lot of a grocery store in Jefferson City, Missouri. A medical examiner ruled the death a homicide.
