Please note: You must obtain a liquor license and a merchant license from the State of Missouri before applying for a liquor license from Boone County. You will use your state license type and state tax ID to complete this form. Each license needs its own Boone County application.
- For new applications, select "New", look up the type of license and click "Next". For renewals, look up your existing license number and click "Next".
- You must have a Merchant License on file with Boone County before submitting a new or renewal application.

- After submitting the application, you will be notified by email in one to three days that a bill has been created. Bills can be paid online or in person at the Clerk's Office.
- After payment has been received, we will mail you your license.
